Where can I see all the Consumer Finance Award winners?

You can view them here, or purchase a copy of Money's July 2024 issue of the magazine.

How do the Consumer Finance Awards differ from the Best of the Best Awards?

Money's Consumer Finance Awards, published in July, recognise leading banking and insurance organisations. The banking awards were determined through a reader survey, where 3300 Money readers (across online and print) informed us of their banking providers' ability to product a quality service across product, digital and customer service areas. The results were analysed by Rainmaker Information* to determine the winners across categories.

The insurance categories were analysed by Rainmaker Information in Plan For Life*, using quantitative product metrics to determine the winners across categories.

Money's Best of the Best Awards, published in December, recognise the leading products, as opposed to organisations. The awards cover banking and insurance, as well as superannuation, investment management, ETFs, mobile and broadband plans, cars and more.

The leading products across banking, insurance, superannuation, investment management and ETFs are conducted by Rainmaker Information by analysing product performance, fees and key features.

For the broadband and mobile categories, WhistleOut analyses all products, which is then reviewed by Rainmaker Information.
