I recently phoned Woolworths after receiving the new rewards card, to enquire about all the points that I had accrued in the old program. Here was me thinking I could use all those thousands of points at the rewards shop only to be told I had no points.
How could I not have any points? Answer; I didn't join up to Qantas when I joined the rewards program. I had no idea that joining up to Qantas was essential so have been shopping at Woolies all these years for no reward!
