Hi, I'm not sure if anyone replies to these comments but I'll give it a go.

If I built a granny flat on a 'one-day potentially subdividable' block. So, the block is 1100 square meters and is currently too small, but one day soon this will probably change and it will be deemed big enough to sub divide.

If I build the flat over to one side (so the sub division would go between it and the house) am I allowed to one day subdivided and build on the granny flat to make it a house, or is deemed part of the existing house and therefore I can't subdivide at all unless I demolish it?

Thanks

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.
