<p><p>Thanks for this article, we have about $3000 to pay on our mortgage and $14, 000 redraw available. I've been trying to convince my husband to use the redraw for some renovations, as even though we have the cash to cover the reno', if it turns out not to be enough a personal loan will cost us a lot more than keeping our mortgage going for another couple of years.
