Another thing that has changed is the billing cycle date - rather than change the payment due date by bringing it forward, they changed the statement end date by putting it back AND when queried by telephone, I was discovered that the statement end date could vary (in my case the 19th, 20th, or 21st of the month). I did manage to have the statement end date reverted to "around the 15th" after much pushing.
This may not seem much, but I am one of those card holders that time their major purchases for the start of the billing cycle to make most use of the interest free days and having a "floating" end date is a sizeable disadvantage.

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.

I have noticed it is taking an extremely long time to receive my Flybuy points earned on credit card transactions.
This is very annoying as it makes it very difficult to track.
Very disappointed in the changes since the transition to Citi Bank.
Points earned should come through instantly transactions are approved in account.

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.

I was told by flybuys that any government-related expenses such as tax, rates etc. will not get any flybuy points from 5 Mar which upsets me. I have never received any notice about the change. Agree with Debbie- the service is very poor with Citibank and no more rewards points for a big chunk of my expenses. Have been with Coles for a number of years but now is looking for another card.

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.

Is it possible to make a mortgage repayment from your credit card and collect points that way? Or would this be classed as a cash advance?

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.

I think a refresh of this article would be worthwhile and much appreciated. Benefits of the offering have continued to be subtracted via stealth, namely the FlyBuys earn rate. Service and digital experience continues to decline. Currently looking for a new card.

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.
