<p><p>All excellent common sense advice, but what if you lack the discipline, or time to design and stick to a budget? So many people fall into this category. Too time poor to take the time needed to set it up, and completely overwhelmed by the task and don't know where to start. Or what if you're self-employed or freelance, and the 60/20/10 rule just flies out the window, because how on earth do you work out a budget when some months are flush and others are, simply, foul?<br>
