2 Rental income 34000pa<br>
We pay off these 2 investment house<br>
I have superannuation 100000<br>
My partner 40000<br>
We have term deposits 280000<br>
We want to retire before 60<br>
Can you give us advice please<br>
We deposit all money from term deposit to super<br>
Or build a granny flat at the back of the investment house to get more income<br>

<p><p>Some great tips here for finding extra money where there didn't appear to be any. People definitely need to get up close and personal with what they're spending and the best way to do that is by getting a Spending Plan - not a budget.<br>
As a self-employed person, or even a wage earner, I found it incredibly difficult to budget. Having a Spending Plan on the other hand has seen me through 10 years of paying down debt and saving faster than I ever thought possible before. There are Spending Planners in every state now who can help with that.
