<p><p>No, if you can substantiate it, then the only people who can say "no" are the ATO. Otherwise, ask them for a private ruling.</p>
<p>Anyway, the ATO are hypocrites, because after all the scandal they've been involved in recently, who are they to tell us what we can and can't do?!</p>
