<p>As the story explains, the suburbs are chosen based on auction clearance rates, days on market, vendor discount, renter proportion, vacancy rate, rental yield, percentage of stock on market, and online search interest.</p>
<p>If suburbs aren't attractive based on those metrics, they don't make the list.</p>

<p><p>How ridiculous. These suburbs are mostly in Woop Woop and the capital gain would be minimal at best. By the time you purchaced the property it would take years to make a decent ROI.
