We had 4 flights booked 8/4/2020 - 13/4/2020 from Brisbane to Denpasar return. Now due to COVID-19 Travel bans I called and was told by the Jetstar agent that the fares were not refundable and they would put into credit 6 months and require us to travel in 12 months -

Although I stated travel was no longer able to be taken they still refused to give me a refund.

Shows that the ACCC hearing has not deterred them from their blatant consumer disregard.

Kind regards

We had Jetstar flights booked between Melbourne and Townsville which were cancelled due to COVID-19. We have called Jetstar and were told they would not refund our tickets as the fares were non-refundable. They would only give us vouchers.

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.
