<p><p>George. Home loan rates are heading to 3%. But Ratesetter, TruePillars, Wisr and others are not lending for home loans. Most are consumer loans (eg a car or holiday or personal loan, etc) which attract a higher interest rate (banks also charge a higher interest rate for these loans).
