Hi, Have just been reading how you choose winners in the insurance section, there are comments about age of driver, kilometers you drive etc, nowhere does it say about customer satisfaction, in my case Budget Direct should be stripped of all here awards as they are the worst insurance company to deal with, I would give them a minus 10 out of ten for customer satisfaction. If you could send me a run down on all the areas insurance companies are judged on I would gladly give you a run down on all the areas Budget Direct (Auto General) is failing in. One last things if Budget Direct stopped making stupid adds on the TV and actually serving there customers they would be better off, sorry I forgot it is all about ripping people off and dismissing there responsibilities.

The story you've commented on is actually from 2019, however, Budget Direct was this month named Insurer of the Year at Money's 2021 Consumer Finance Awards.

Customer feedback was taken into consideration when choosing the winner.
