<p><p>Irrespective of the cost of maintenance, it would have been my expectation that repairs would be made with consultation and to an effective standard. After purchasing a property, water ingress occurred damaging ceiling area. Above the ceiling area was a broken tile &#39;fixed&#39; with silicone instead of replacing a whole roof tile. DHA denied responsibility. Net effect- My property was damaged, I pay the repair.
