My sister and family want to purchase their own home. Unfortunately, their circumstances have changed and they are unable to buy.

My husband and myself were thinking of buying the property as an investment property and allowing them to rent until they are in a better position to buy. Would it be possible for the family to buy myself and my husband out of the house
