Great advice!. As a veteran property investor with years of experience, I can attest to that. I have never lost money in properties but certainly in shares, bonds, and other alternative investments. Yes, there were long haul of stagnation, probably up to 7-9 years of negative or low growth but certainty of population growth in well-located areas like capitals and CBDs won't go wrong.
