<p><p>&quot;Rinsurance&quot; is just a PR campaign to justify taxpayers protecting corporate profits.. how is sending a price signal with cheap insurance in disaster prone areas a good idea? It will lead to greater build out of communities and infrastructure in high risk areas. Increasing the risk to lives and property in the future...</p>
