<p>I can&#39;t find an official confirmation, but looking through previous reporting it looks like you&#39;re correct and that Labor are committing to all of the elements of the Home Guarantee Scheme beyond the Regional Home Guarantee. I&#39;ll make a note of that in the piece.</p>

<p><p>I think the main focus had been on Housing availability for renters , but equally</p>
<p>if not more the should be a focus on current renters and rent increases the answer could be more regulations and enforcement on the amount landlords can increase the rent. make it fairer for renters and easier.
