<p><p>I recently got stung with the New Absurd Rise in Lay-by Fee (and Cancellation Cost). When I made the Lay-by, I feel I was misinformed, as, upon enquiring (prior to gatihering items), I was verbally informed the Minimum Amount is $50, and the Minimum Deposit is 15. But, upon completing the Transaction, I noticed the Non-Refundable Service Fee is now $15, and the Cacellation Fee has risen from $12 to $20. I&#39;ll be making an Official Complaint to A.C.C.C.. There is No Way it Costs $15 to Store, and/or $20 to Cancel a Lay-by: Especially with a few items of clothing (which I Lay-by&#39;d. Furthermore, I recently read a statement by A.C.C.C., that All Costs Except the Cancellation Fee, MUST Be Refunded.
