There are a few mortgage brokers who deal with businesses. Going straight to the bank is useless if you have a trust and pay yourself a low salary to minimise tax.

I am a broker............ With lenders that will certainly consider applicants in this situation as described Lachlan. They are generally more complex applications but we haved sourced alot, especially since the Banking Royal Commission.
