RC....and despite stealing millions and millions of dollars...er we were caught.No worries pay it back had the use of it for years,and NOT ONE BANKER goes to jail,what a fantastic rort maaate.

Yes, we often see these fines but no one is prosecuting the Individuals. Writing off 'feather duster' penalties as 'cost of business' needs to change. If there are no consequences (except for the shareholder) then not one thing will change. We can only hope that the new ASIC Inquiry (which will include the Extremely Inefficient Ineffective and probably corrupt, Australian Financial Complaints Authority 'AFCA', will bring about the changes necessary to place these white-collar criminals behind bars.
