BMT is an interesting organisation. I used them about 8 years ago for an accommodation property, 4 Star property with 60 rooms & 2 conference rooms so reasonable business for them I thought at the time. Their consultant stayed with our competition. With 40 odd years in business, I have always supported my supplier/customer, the repeat and referral business is brilliant and saved me thru COVID. BMT'S explanation - " a great way to find a new client" . Wow, really! I haven't used them since, 2 property's & a few residential investment property's later. The devil is always in the detail.

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.
