I ask Money Magazine

to review Budget Direct 2022 Insurer of The Year Award and their maxim " good thing you have got your insurance solved". I have just received advice that they have "unsolved" my home and contents insurance by not offering another term of insurance. I have never made a claim on home and contents insurance over 42 years and our Ballina home was not inundated by floodwater in 2022. Simply we now don't meet their insurance criteria.
