Fix the inequality between renting vs ownership and you have no issue.

State government need to improve tenants rights similar to European countries.. Balance is currently favouring landlord!

Social security system grossly favours ownership over renting when using the assets test in receiving a full pension.

Australia will always have a mix of ownership and renters why not focus on the 30% of Australians that deserve equality for the place they call home!

The government needs to reinstigate the low cost no frills type housing commission type housing that was available back in the 70's
