<p><p>I&#39;d like to know if the criteria for insurer of the year takes into account the Post Codes that the insurers are prepared to provide cover. Many of your highest rated insurers do not provide coverage for Regional Queensland. It may well be the case for regional centers in other states. <p><p>Really, I had the worst experience dealing with Budget Direct for a claim took over 21/2 months, I had 3 Claims Manager and every time I spoke to new one, they had no idea of what is happening and I have to explain from the start. Have to call almost everyday for an update, was asked for same documents multiple times as no one bothered to look at them. They went to underwriter and couldn&#39;t find any flaws, the compensation I received is most probably won&#39;t fix half of the issues.
