<p><p>How dealerships and manufacturers deal with the warranty claims is more important than the length of the warranty. Manufacturers push back on claims requiring multiple visits for diagnostics. Dealers in south Sydney only perform warranty work one day a week resulting in months delay to book in. There is no SLA for service and time frames with these warranties. Too often there is an extended tennis match between the dealer and manufacturer with a lack of ownership of the issue as both don&#39;t want to pay out.</p></p><p><a href="">Reply to article</a></p><p>For original story, <a href="">Click Here.</a></p>
