<p><p>What utter crap on the gender pay gap.....<p>The fact we have equal pay (something you claim isnt&#39; the same) means there is equality....if you do the same job, you get the same pay.<p>The issue is, a lot of Women leave work to start families, don&#39;t WANT long term careers (even if that would suit your narrative to force them to so your spreadsheet matches your political ideals). Just accept that genders want/do/prefer different things, and that because of this not all will have the same career earnings.
