What utter crap on the gender pay gap.....

The fact we have equal pay (something you claim isnt' the same) means there is equality....if you do the same job, you get the same pay.

The issue is, a lot of Women leave work to start families, don't WANT long term careers (even if that would suit your narrative to force them to so your spreadsheet matches your political ideals). Just accept that genders want/do/prefer different things, and that because of this not all will have the same career earnings. Just another leftie trying to stir up crap!
