<p><p>Paul - it&#39;s inspiring to see practical encouragement for those trying to get into the property market. I&#39;m just curious though - you didn&#39;t mention the Federal Government&#39;s First Home Guarantee scheme or any of the other First Home Buyer benefits that could help Lucille (and others like her) reduce the deposit hurdle or avoid LMI (I&#39;m assuming she is a FHB). Is there a reason why these weren&#39;t brought up?
