<p><p>There are options now to either remove credit listings or ask that they are not listed when negotiating with a bank on a debt under family violence. Financial Counsellors or Community Legal Centres are a free, community based services that can support victim-survivors with their options based on their individual circumstances, rather than paying credit removal businesses.
