I let my children and grandchildren take stuff already now and I distribute money both from Super and personal finances. I keep just enough to see me out. As I'm nearly 90 I know I haven't too many years or months to plan for. I'd rather do that than see the tax man grab a lot of inheritance tax (aka death tax). Make it simple, no trusts and complicated divisions. Equal splits in everything. You don't want to leave behind feuds between

siblings as I have seen happen in 3 lots of in law families where they dont talk to each other for the rest of their lives and you are remembered adversely.
