<p><p>Thank you for your work. But PLEASE could you mention that many, many disabilities PREVENT the use of mobile telephones. Even more so, the &#39;touch screen&#39; type of mobiles, with no physical buttons. Macquarie has blocked disabled people from using their authenticator, since it ONLY works on expensive, touch screen only mobiles. They refuse to provide RSA tokens. There is no help for their authenticator and as it is proprietary software, there is no explanation as to what it is doing to your expensive, touch-screen only handsets. This is a direct breach of the Disability Discrimination Act. <p><p>I did my Honours Thesis on banking service back in the 90&#39;s. One conclusion was that the more important the transaction, the more the need for personal face to face service. For example a house purchase, the biggest financial decision most people make. <p><p>A good interest rate and easy application isn&#39;t the only thing to consider when choosing a home loan provider, I which to good I listened when people tried to steer me away from Macquarie Bank.<p>I know that using suicide would have been wrong regardless of Macquarie Bank advising me it would work out for my family, but dame I wish I did go through with it .<p>I just hope that other&#39;s that might not be in anything but the most financial position goo with Macquarie Bank.
