Natalie,
We'd like you to do a story reflecting the opposite side of this, that's been entirely missed here thanks. That is the dishonesty and unconscionable conduct of insurers who take information including what your article supposedly encourages people to do - be honest about pre existing conditions- and then those insurers use that information to rip people off with risk assessments that don't at all reflect actual risk, ie ripping people off outrigt and or using certain customers inflated premiums to subsidise other claims or immensely worse - use the information "honestly" provided and then deny claims by linking an actual incident (claim) to an underlying condition where there is zero causal relationship. The truth is - pre existing conditions and all those ridiculous terms don't actually mean anything and are entirely subjective and open to immense interpretation and such terms are 100% abused by insurers to avoid or minimise claims.
We look forward to your next story advising consumers on their rights and how to take action against insurers.
As consumers Natalie - we are getting mighty sick and tired of being honest and patient in dealing with businesses large and small who only exist to do the complete opposite.

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.
