This is honestly the most genuine advice I have found regarding wealth, taking into account personal circumstances, rather than the usual online push driving the "need" for a tonne of investment properties by a certain age. Thanks Paul for offering this lovely lady advice to take care of herself and take a breather from the hustle frequently promoted by Sponsored Facebook Ad "Experts" online.

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.

I agree with Paul's answer. But I'd take it a bit further and do some projections with working 4 days and then with and without selling a property. You'd need to know your yearly expenses. But also is that likely to change going forward. Maybe a new car, private school fees, holidays, kitchen reno etc etc. That might help you determine the best course of action.

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.

Yes, I agree Sam, embrace a quality of life to share with your children. Their good education must be a priority so that they have the groundwork to be secure and happy adults in later life. Sharing time with them needs to be the focus too & this needn't be expensive but considered & intentional. Build on family "love & connection" since they too have gone through a lot having their father die. Simplify your finances so they almost become "automatic" & not dominate in your thinking. Wishing you a happier, calmer life with your family...one filled with shared fun, adventures, nature, sport & quality broad education. You'll be on a winner in life then!

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.
