<p><p>Why do you think that smart people don&#39;t access HEAS because they are not aware of it? Perhaps they know that dealing with Centrelink / Services Australia is worse than having surgery without any anaesthetic, so why would you put yourself through that? The process is ** extremely** invasive, in terms of how much data you have to give them - and must continue to give them. It is a mental health nightmare.
