To change your address, log into your Magshop account, view your 'subscriptions' and click 'change delivery address' to update your address. You can also contact Magshop via its call centre on 136 116 or email [email protected]

Log into your Magshop account and go to 'billing information' to update your payment method.
3. How do I cancel, change or suspend my subscription?
Please contact Magshop via its call centre on 136 116 or email [email protected] to cancel, change or suspend your subscription.
4. How do I report an issue with my delivery?
If your issue hasn't arrived or has been damaged, contact Magshop via its call centre on 136 116 or email [email protected] with your order number and details.
5. I prefer a digital version of the magazine, what can I do?
If you wish to change your subscription from print to digital, please contact Magshop via its call centre on 136 116. Alternatively, at the end of your print subscription you can begin a new digital subscription by subscribing via Magshop. You can also access the Money Magazine Australia app and purchase a subscription in the app via your Google Play or App Store account at any time.
6. How do I change my subscription to auto-renewal?
Log into your Magshop account, view your 'subscriptions' and click 'renew this subscription' to change your subscription to auto-renewal.
7. If I order a subscription today, what issue will I receive?
Be sure to sign up before the cut-off dates listed here to receive the next issue of Money magazine in the mail. If for any reason you miss the cut-off date, you'll receive the following month's issue. Details regarding your first issue and the expected delivery date can be found by logging into your Magshop account. Please allow 24 hours after placing your order for your account to be activated.

Log into your iSubscribe account, visit 'my account' to update your mailing address. Alternatively, you can contact iSubscribe or email [email protected], supply the following information and they can change it for you:
- Biller's name
- Biller's email
- Magazine title(s)
- Recipient's name
- Old address
- New address
2. How do I update my billing details?
Log into iSubscribe account, in your 'my account' area you will be able to update your billing details.
3. How do I cancel, change or pause my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription within 48 hours of your order, iSubscribe will provide a full refund. Contact iSubscribe via its call centre on 1300 303 619 or submit an enquiry with your order number and details.

Subscriptions are purchased within the app, connected to your Apple ID.

Open the Money Magazine Australia app on your device. Click the latest monthly magazine to view it in an e-format. If this doesn't display instantly, click restore purchases.
2. How do I subscribe to receive the digital magazines?
You can subscribe directly through the app. Click on the latest magazine issue, which will then show you the latest subscription packages.
