SEMI-HARD - Monforte, Section 28, South Australia

Leading the 'worthy of royalty cheese' pack is the Monforte. The family behind Section 28 live in a naturally beautiful location called Monforte. Named perfectly, this cheese is a natural beauty made with raw milk, it's a semi-hard cheese that is made using the traditional methods of the Alpine regions of France. The Monforte, inspired by the French Abondance, was the first cheese made by Section28 and remains a house favourite. If the sheer size of this wheel is impressive, you just wait till you dig in.

SOFT - Labneh, Grandvewe, Tasmania

Grandvewe's Labneh gives you a taste of the Middle East, delicately infused with rare Australian natives including Lemon Myrtle oil and Tasmanian pepperberry. Perfect for a summer's day served with a mezze platter and try using the oil as a salad dressing.

STINKY - Gough's Bay Brie, Milawa, Victoria

A luscious velvety soft paste with a subtle goaty flavour, this cheese is a pure expression of the joy of spring and summer milk. A product of enjoyment as the goats graze in the warm sunshine

BLUE - Bolte's Bonanza, Apostle Whey, Victoria

This is a delicious blue that has so many sensations in the texture that you'll be pulling some wow faces when tasting it for the first time. Bolte's Bonanza is a blue vein that has been matured in wax, creating a creamy, moist cheese with an altered flavour and texture to a naturally rinded blue. You have a smooth texture and then crunchy crystalised blue vein pockets that burst in your mouth - it's a blissful surprise with every bite.
