Shannon Nutter

Shannon NutterShannon Nutter is the head of Vanguard Super. Previously, she was the head of participant strategy and development for Vanguard's U.S. institutional business. Shannon has also served as head of institutional marketing, head of market research and voice of client for all U.S. and international businesses. Prior to Vanguard, she worked for and consulted with leading firms such as GM, Deloitte, Microsoft, and Toyota in areas of new product development, innovation, and marketing strategy. Shannon also originated and led the development of My Classroom Economy, a free program built by Vanguard volunteers that supports educators to teach children financial responsibility through experiential learning. She earned a BA from Macalester College and an MBA. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. She is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the Marketing Science Institute, a division of the Advertising Research Foundation.
